Contra Costa Health homepage for their Mental Health services, providing a wide variety of specialized care options.

Inpatient Care

A 24-hour basis hospital-level care facility hosting 23 beds for those with acute behavioral health concerns. Admission can be voluntary or involuntary.

Outpatient Care

Non-hospital care facilities for those struggling with mental or emotional crisis, substance abuse, and more. Care options range from ages of children to older adults.

24-Hour Access Line

Help via phone for yourself or someone else, for those struggling with mental health or susbstance abuse. Call the 24/7 ACCESS Line at 1-888-678-7277.

Support for Families

Resources including WIC, California Children's Services, Perinatal Equity Initiative, Oral Health, and more.

Psychiatric Emergency Care

Serving both adults and youth experiencing a psychiatric emergency in Contra Costa County. Includes contact information for the Contra Costa Youth Stabilization Unit in Martinez and the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez.

First Hope

Established in 2012, this outpatient treatment program helps young people and their families who have either experienced a recent psychotic episode or are presenting early symptoms of psychosis.
